At Afton Field Farm, we love visitors!
SELF-GUIDED TOURS:
We have an open door policy. Anyone may come anytime Monday through Saturday to see anything anywhere.
We just ask that the privacy of our homes be respected. We request that you contact us by phone or email to let us know that you will be visiting. This will allow us to be sure someone is on the property and determine if someone can be near the farm stand at the time of your visit if you wish to purchase products. We have a completely transparent farm operation and truly welcome the integrity that this openness engenders.
GROUP GUIDED TOURS:
We offer guided tours once a month. $25/hour per group (no limit to the size of group). The tour is a full two hours (total tour price $50/group). The rate is the same whether the tour is comprised of one person or 25. This type of tour is an in-depth experience, with ample question and answer time, as well as an opportunity to purchase our products.

VOLUNTEER WORK PARTIES:
This year we are having our farm tours and volunteer work parties on the same days! You can come and pay for just the tour, just the work party, or both! If you choose to do both then the farm tour is free of charge!
At a volunteer work party you will be working with us on various projects. Such as, but not limited to, clearing brush, moving piles of stone/brick/other materials, pruning, yard work, general cleaning in preparation for various future events, etc. Weather and other varying factors will determine what we will actually be working on.
Make sure to wear clothes appropriate for the weather. Bring your working gloves, clothes, water bottle, snack, and well marked personal tools (shovels, rakes, clippers, pruners, etc) We will be providing something substantial to eat and beverages, but please bring a sack lunch or potluck item to share. We will not be providing a full meal, so make sure to bring something for yourself.
We look forward to having you come and work along side us for the betterment, health, and beauty of our farm land & property!
